Dr ABE Blank provides automatic programming and nesting for Amada punch, laser and combination machines, including options for automated machine cells.

Dr ABE offers a modern approach to conventional CAM  allowing for fast and simple operation.   Dr ABE can be linked with the Amada digital database (SDD) or can directly import 2D CAD files from an existing system.  Imported drawings can then be assigned with required quantities and sheets, from here Dr ABE will automatically programme full schedules of programs.
